Water & wastewater
Regulated outputs, live process, remote assets.
Water and wastewater is where much of our installation experience sits: clean water treatment, wastewater and sludge process, pumping stations, service reservoirs and network sites.
The constraint is nearly always the same. The process cannot stop, the outputs are regulated, and the electrical infrastructure is often older than the control system bolted onto it. We plan the installation around that reality rather than around a drawing.
Typical work
- Replace MCCs and switchboards on live works
- Install pump control, duty rotation and VSD panels
- Install and commission blower, aeration and dosing control
- Fit and calibrate flow, level, pressure, DO, turbidity and chlorine instruments
- Replace telemetry outstations and map signals
- Install storm, spill and event monitoring
- Deliver power and resilience upgrades at remote and unmanned sites
